2350172 - PCM/FIM : Warning "The format of the file you try to open "fim_export.xls" is different from the one specified by the extension"

Symptom

When using Drill to Origin from PCM, FIM shows the original lines properly. Then, we click on Excel button to export the data to Excel.

When opening the generated file in Excel, the following warning appears :

"The format of the file you try to open "fim_export.xls" is different from the one specified by the extension".
