  • You cannot select necessary process when you go to tab "Admin Reports"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to BizX, navigate to Onboarding
  2. Click Admin reports
  3. Process drop-down is empty.

Cause

Configuration needed.

Resolution

If you do not see necessary process in the tab "Admin Reports":

  1. Go to Onboarding Super admin site (if you have access)
  2. Go to "Account Option"
  3. Find the option by name "ReportableProcesses"
  4. Add your process to the value
