2350257 - Configure Business Rules for Furnish Equipment workflow - Onboarding 1.0

When I attempted to configure a business rule, I only saw a few options under OnboardingProcess > CandidateInfo. I was hoping to be able to configure business rules on information that was entered in the Post Hire Verification step such as Company, Division, Department, and/or Location.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - All Versions

1. Navigate to Admin Tools > Manage Onboarding > Configure New Hire Activity Planning Process
2. Create a new onboarding process configuration
3. Navigate to Admin Tools > Configure Business Rules
4. Select Create New Rule
5. Select Basic
6. Enter Rule Name
7. Enter OnboardingProcess as the Base Object
8. Select Left Expression
9. Navigate to CandidateInfo section
10. View options available (Note: Custom fields in OnboardingCandidateInfo are not supported)

To use fields in the business rules, the fields in the OnboardingCandidateInfo object must have property "Visibility" as  "Read Only" or "Editable".

1. Go to Bizx/Admin Center
2. Go to "Configure Object Definitions"
3. Select "Object Definition"/ "OnboardingCandidateInfo"
4. Click "Take Action" and update the necessary field, property "Visibility" must be "Read Only" or "Editable"
5. Save your changes
6. Log out from Bizx and log in back.
7. Now you can use the new field in Business Rules Configuration
