SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When installing HP ALM 12.5, at the database selection screen, the wizard provides no selection to choose for database type.
You are prompted to choose the database type by selecting the corresponding number; however there is no numbers given to select.
When attempting to select the default, the number "1", and the number "2", the wizard re-prompts you for a selection.
Nothing entered allows you to proceed with the installation. You can only abort the installation.
