2350431 - Live Data or Advanced Reporting report is not returning the expected data even though there are no filters or the correct filter values are entered

Certain records should be included in the report result however we do not see this in the output upon running the report.  No filters were entered during runtime.  Similarly, if we enter the correct filters, there result is the same.

SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics

In Online Report Designer (Detailed Reporting Live Data or Advanced Reporting)

1. Run the report being referenced and either select All values as Runtime or User-prompted filters or do not enter anything.

2. Records that should be there are not included in the report result.  There is no data issue.

The report probably has static filters.

Check if the report query has static filters (found under Manage Filters for Detailed Reporting and Manage Query Filters for Advanced Reporting).

Then compare the filter values with the data for the records.

1. Edit report > Edit Query > Manage Filters

2. In the Filter Designer remove or edit filters as needed.
