2350494 - Learning: Country Field Translation not working

Country Field translation is not working for other locales

Learning Management System 

Go to preference > Change Active Locale ID to any other locale except English/English UK

Go to User record > Edit any user record > Under View All > search country field and notice in drop down countries are not translated as per admin locale preference 

This is expected behavior as per current system design.

We do not support locale for Reference> Countries. So in the drop down regardless of admin locale preference the country name will appear in default locale i.e., English.
