• Inserting data from a remote server using "insert location" returned "Query rejected because it exceeds resource: Query_Temp_Space_Limit"
  even though Query_Temp_Space_Limit is set to 0 and temp dbspace is 500Gb.
  There is no other query running as this is a test server and I have exclusive use of this server.
