2350784 - Translated Text for Query Elements is not Copied in Query Designer

Symptom

You want to use a query in multi languages.
When you copy the query using Save As in Query Designer, only the text in logon language is copied.

For example, if you have a query called "QUERY1", which have both Japanese version and English version.

JP version:

EN version:

You logon to Query Designer in language JA and save the query as QUERY1_SAVEAS.

Then you find that in the copied query QUERY1_SAVEAS, text in JA language is fine, but text in EN language seems lost.
