2350861 - Day Closure Run Executed at Incorrect Time

In Time Administration work center the Recurrence of the Day Closure Run is scheduled to run daily at time XXX. But the run is also executed at time YYY on the same day. This happens although only one Day Closure ID is scheduled on a daily basis (where XXX and YYY represent hours).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Select Regular Tasks view.
3. Under the section Time Valuations, select the link Administer Day Closure Runs.
4. Show All Runs and mark the row containing the active Day Closure ID.
5. Show last 100 Logs.
6. You see that Logs are executed at time XXX but also at time YYY.

At least one more job for the Day Closure Run is executed. This job may be created by another user.

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Select Regular Tasks view.
3. Under the section Time Valuations, select the link Administer Day Closure Runs.
4. Show All Runs and mark the row containing the active Day Closure ID.
5. Choose View Jobs.
6. Cancel all jobs with time YYY.
