Symptom
Do the audit log capabilities that exist for all users also exist for auditing the company admin when leveraging content administration?
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
SAP JAM
Resolution
SAP Jam audits when Administrators go into Content Admin mode, when they leave it and everything in between. It was important to us that we audit Admins closely when they are acting in this special role.
Re: Where would I find this audit log in SAP Jam Admin (specifically referring to content administration)?
It's the Usage Auditing tab under Content Administration. If you run that usage report you see exactly when an admin enabled and disabled content administration. In the downloadable report it's a separate section at the bottom of the report. With the time stamps and the user ID you can then exactly look for what the admin has done while he had Content Administration enabled.
