2351549 - Local Boomi Atom sending false atom offline alerts

Symptom

  1. Receiving Atom offline notification alerts
  2. But when we see in Boomi, the atom shows online

Environment

Boomi

Cause

This may happen if there is a network glitch in connectivity to platform from Boomi servers which can be for 1 min or less than that.

So in that case you may not be able to find whether the atom went offline or not as it was for a very less time but the platform triggers the alert.

Resolution

If the issue is recurring, please contact your Network Team for further assistance.
