When you create a new Account or Contact, the system picks some default Language that is not the system language and you want to know why.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customers work center.
- Select the Contacts view.
- Select the New button to create a new contact.
- You can see that the language for the contact is automatically filled.
The Language is default to the Language which was chosen during the creation of the previous object. If you create a contact with language English, the next contact you create will default to language English. If you change the language to for example French and create the object, the next object will default to French, etc..
The same happens for Account creation: if you create an Account with Language as English for example, then the next Account by default picks English as language.
This is expected system behavior.
It’s not possible to reset the language every time we create an account.
