2351620 - Item Custom Column missing or not visible from Item view - SuccessFactors Learning

If Admins not able to view Item custom columns in the item details, if custom columns are set to visible in record configurations.

Then this issue is due to missing Permissions in admin role id.

Adding   "View Item Custom Column" permission to admin role id will fix the issue.

Steps to add the permission.

1) Navigate to System Admin > Security > Role Management > search for the role id

2) Select permissions , click on add one or more from list

3) Under Learning Management  select "View Item Custom Column".

4) Add the permission to the role id.
