2351623 - 401 2: SAP Analytics Cloud gives "Unexpected response from SuccessFactors driver: {"status":401};{2}" connecting to SAP SuccessFactors

• SAP Analytics Cloud connection to SAP SuccessFactors does not save (or get created / finish / complete) when creating a new connection and clicking the "Create" button.
• The following error appears under the System > Monitor menu Trace section (tab):

1. Create a connection to SAP SuccessFactors in SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Notice the error in the System > Monitor menu Trace section (tab)

• The connection parameters are not configured correctly.

2. Pay special attention to the following fields
1. Service URL - The service URL is based on the SuccessFactors data center. It can be found in the SuccessFactors documentation at About HCM Suite OData APIs
   For example: If your data center is Chandler1/HCM (DC4) you would use the following Service URL: https://api4.successfactors.com
   

   DataCenter Information	Environment	Endpoint URL (oDataServiceUrl)
   Chandler1/HCM (DC4)	Production	https://api.successfactors.com/odata/v2/

   
   Note: Remove the "/odata/v2" from the URL.
   
   
2. Client ID - See the API Key of the Manage OAuth2 Client Applications administration screen in your SAP SuccessFactors system:
