How to add a Performance History Live Slide to a Presentation?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Presentations

Resolution

In order to add Performance History Live Slide to a Presentation the following is required:

  • SuccessFactors Performance Management
  • Employee Profile V12 or People Profile
  • Peformance History Portlet needs to be configured on EP V12 or People Profile
  • User creating the slide must have permission to access the Performance History Portlet for selected Population

Follow the steps below:

  1. From the Drop Down in upper right hand corner - Select Add Live Slide
  2. Select Performance History Live Slide
  3. Select the Population to display
    • To display a team,  choose a manger and the number of organizational levels to display
    • To display a group of people,  choose a dynamic group
  4. Select the date range for the review period
  5. Select the process to determine the source and rating scale of the performance rating

    The rating scale associated with the process is used for Y-axis and ratings are normalized to that rating scale.
