2352097 - Enterprise Manager is offline due to error 'java.io.IOException: Unable to open connection to host <emhost>:<webviewport>' - Solution Manager 7.1 / 7.2

Symptom

In the Infrastructure Preparation , the Enterprise Manager status is red (offline), the defaultTrace.rfc file of the Solution Manager JAVA stack shows the following error to contact the EM:
