2352182 - IP10/IP30: Multiple Counter Plan is being set to Inactive

Symptom

  • One or more cycles are set to inactive in a multiple counter maintenance plan. During scheduling of the maintenance plan (IP10, IP30, report RISTRA20), the system raises an error with text "No active cycle for cycle set sequence XX exists..." (message number IP880).

  • Immediately afterwards the system raises error "Status "Inactive" set for maintenance plan XXXXXX" (message number IP134) and the maintenance plan is not scheduled.
