A user is trying to enroll for a benefit and not able to enroll it. The user is getting an error as missing permission for an associated pay component.

Reproducing the Issue
Enrolling the benefit:
The relevant permissions required for the pay component is missing; Please contact the system administrator.
Cause
This error is occuring because user doesn't have permission for the benefit's pay component.
Find the pay component associated with the benefit that user is trying to enroll or approver is trying to approve.
Provide the pay component permisions (View and Edit) under Manager Permission Role.
Resolution
Provide the necessary permissions and the user will be able to enroll/approve it.
