2352195 - Default thumbnails displayed instead of the customized uploaded images

Thumbnail images are not being displayed in the user side (Learning Plan, for example) for items, questionnaire surveys, programs, curriculum, etc.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration >
2. Go to System Administration > Application Administration > Images: notice the required images are uploaded for the specific item types >
3. As user, go to the Learnign Plan and notice that the default thumbnails are displayed instead of the images uploaded.

The configuration for images in LMS_ADMIN config file is not correct.

1. Go to the Learning Administration >
2. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration >
3. Open LMS_ADMIN in the edit mode >
4. Search for the settings 'showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally’ and 'showSystemDefaultThumbnail' >
5. Change both settings to true (i.e., showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally=true and showSystemDefaultThumbnail=true) >
6. Click on 'Apply Changes'.
