2352196 - MDF Import - properties file missing or corrupt

Customer/Partner has created MDF object with an attachment field and trying to import the data for the same. They have created a required files also for import.

But while trying to create the MDF record using file upload but not able to attach via file upload.

And system is giving error as "The import.properties file is missing or incomplete"

1. After login in the system go to
2. Admin Center -- Manage Data Import
3. Type of import - Select 'Zip file'
4. Click on Validate and Import.
5. Error observer as below:

Even the ZIP file contain the properties file, the system is unable to recognize the properties file because user has zipped the 'Folder' containing the files.

You must to compress (zip) ONLY the files and not the folder, then the system will be able to recognize the properties files.
