Custom title page is missing image upload tab.

Go to LMS admin > System Administration > Application Administration > Landing Page Settings

At the Step 2 - Configure Content > Main Content > Image button > Upload tab is missing

Image uploading functionality will be enabled once the mandatory fields are fulfilled and saved for the first time.

*Image uploading functionality will be enabled once the title is saved for the first time.

Add all the mandatory information for the custom tile and save.

Once the custom tile is save image upload functionality will be enabled
