Home Address fields are not populating from Onboarding to Manage Pending Hires (MPH)

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Address information from Onboarding to Manage Pending Hires will be mapped properly only if Country is included to the mapping.
Please check that you have Country mapping and this mapping is correct.

To do it you should:

1. Log in to the application

2. Go to Admin Center/Field Mapping tool for Onboarding/Offboarding EC integration

3. Check mapping for the field "Country". Please check that you have Country mapping and this mapping correct (the key to be used for this mapping should be standart one - Country - not custom keys).

Note: when Country field is not mapped properly for country specifics mappings, it might cause unexpected behaviors, such as data issue, overwriting information, etc
