2352852 - Error Message 'Sales org missing in org structure above org unit XYZ from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY' is Displayed in an Organizational Unit

When you are opening a Organizational Unit, system throws below Warning message:

Sales org missing in org structure above org unit XYZ from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY

1. Go to Organizational Management work center
2. Select any Organizational Unit 

The cause for this error is Org Unit is assigned to Sales but there is no Sales Organization for this Org Unit.

If a Org Unit is marked as Sales then there should be a Sales Organization above the Org Unit or it should be itslef a Sales Organization.
