The 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields are not populating in the report

The 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields in this report often confuse admins. These dates actually need to be populated manually in the filters prior to running the report (see below).

Whatever dates are defined here will generate in these fields of the report. If they are left blank, the no data with be populated in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields.
