2353139 - Send Back, Decline Button appearance in Workflow Approval Form

In the Workflow Approval Form, the Send Back button and Decline button appear interchangeably between different types of workflows

Steps to Reproduce (Case 1):

1. Log into the Employee Central instance
2. Invoke and Submit a workflow for an employee/person related change
3. Proxy/log into the user who is responsible for approving the workflow
4. Scroll to the bottom of the approval page

Expected Result: Send Back button appears as one of the action items

Steps to Reproduce (Case 2):

1. Log into the Employee Central instance
2. Invoke and Submit a workflow for an object related change such as Position
3. Proxy/log into the user who is responsible for approving the workflow
4. Scroll to the bottom of the approval page

Expected Result: Decline appears as one of the action items

Depending on the workflow type, the User Interface will show either Send Back or Decline

As of release b1605, this display is expected behavior. The logic is such non-generic object workflows will show the "Send Back" button and generic object workflows will only show the "Send Back" button only if the Generic Object Pending Data Flag is set to Yes. Otherwise, the "Decline" button will appear.
