2353207 - Unable to report on some fields from Development Plans and Learning Activities on Ad Hoc Reports

• Some fields are not available in the column selection for Development Plan Ad Hoc Reports.
• Can't select some fields from Development Goals in Ad Hoc Reports. 
• Fields from Development Plan, that were configured to be reportable, are not returning any information on Ad Hoc Reports, even though it's possible to select the columns and include the fields in the report.

This issue may be caused due to custom fields from Development Plan and Learning Activities, in case they are not not properly configured to be reportable.

Making custom fields from the Development Plan and Learning Activities templates to be reportable is a two step process:

1. Configure the field as reportable in the field-definition within the Development Plan and Learning Activities templates: if this has not been configured, the fields will not even appear in the column selection in Ad Hoc Reports. 
2. Sync the existing data to the newly added reportable field IDs: after configuring the fields as reportable, it's necessary to synchronize the existing data. If this process was not completed, it's possible to include the fields in Ad Hoc Reports, but they will not bring any information.
