2353339 - WDA: Adobe form does not display from Webdynpro ABAP application

Symptom

In Web Dynpro ABAP application, it is using the InteractiveForm UI element for displaying a PDF file. However, the PDF form is invisible even if the PDF file has already successfully been created after checking in the httpwatch trace. Instead, a blank page is showing:
