2353719 - Reports missing in Report Center

You face the below symptoms when accessing the Report Centre:

• New and / or existing reports not available in Report Centre
• Performance in the search Report
• Synchronize Report in Report centre
• Error occurs while fetching reports from the Report
• An error occurred while deleting the report

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Select Analytics
2. Open Report Centre
3. You will experience one of the below symptoms:
• Report, of any type, could be missing
• Error occurred while fetching reports!
• An error occurred while searching

The errors occur because the Report Centre is not in sync.

The Report Centre should be synced automatically however in some cases is not.

You can manually sync the reports information, into the search repository from the Admin Centre, if the search does not return the expected results, as follow:

1. In the 'Action Search' > type 'Sync Report Center Search'
2. Select "Sync Report Center Search".
• 
3. Fill out the Job Name - Priority* & Configuration then select Start Sync.
   *Priority used by the Job scheduler to determine the position of the job in the queue.
   
   
   
   
4. Depending on the workload the time consumed by the job will vary.
5. You can now check the status of the sync jobs that you initiate from the Sync Report Center Search page in the "Schedled Job Manager" page in Admin Center. 

In case you still face the same issue after running the sync job, please follow the steps below:

1. In the 'Action Search' > type 'Manage Report Center'
2. Disable "Use SOLR to load Report Center" > Save
3. In a separate tab, follow the steps as stated above to run the Report Center sync job.
4. Once the sync is completed, go back to Manage Report Center.
5. Enable "Use SOLR to load Report Center" > Save
6. The reports should now be listing accordingly.

Note:

• In case you do not find 'Sync report center search', it shows that you lack permission to "Manage Report Center" under cateogy "Manage Dashboards/Reports"
• If the above doesn't solve the issue you need to contact Support as additional steps from backend may be required.
