2353746 - SAP BI4.2 Update Phase Install

Symptom

  • Setup.exe crashes in the task manager after some time during the Phase Wise installation using command line

  • The below errors were found in the setupengine.log:

    05:44:22.582 [ValidateCheckInvalidSymbol]EscapeCharacterList: "&'<>@\|()[]{}^$*+?.

    05:44:22.582 [ValidateCheckInvalidSymbol]$User.name: Administrator

    05:44:22.582 Error: Validator failed:

    05:44:22.582 Error: Either the remote CMS cannot be reached, or the logon credentials are incorrect. INS00013
