2353802 - Override mobile application parameters when param. scope is A - Application - Agentry based Mobile applications

Symptom

Via the administrator tool (SAP transaction: /syclo/admin) you can specific application paramaters.

When the param. scope is set to U - user, admin can change the table_refresh parameter of a complex table in the mobile application parameter tab of the Administrator tool. if the table_refresh parameter of a complex table is set to 0 (this means it will refresh every time a user syncs), it is working as expected.

When the param. scope is set to A - Application, then the refresh doesn't happen on the device.

Is this an expected behavior?
