Symptom
- Business role is assigned to one or more different positions or Organizational units in organizational model (T-code:PPOMA_CRM) and it is found that duplicated entries are displayed for the same business role when trying to login to SAP CRM WebUI.
The business role with name " lijin ZSAPCCS IC Agent " has been assigned to 3 positions "Inbox Group ", "Bruce position" and "Sub Sales Employee".
Hence it is correct that system should show business role on logon screen like following.
lijin ZSAPCCS IC Agent
.SAP Sales BCM - Inbox Group
.Sales areas - MAG Sales Organization - Bruce position
.Sub Sales Dept - Sub Sales Employee
The problem is that there are duplicated entries for the same position "SAP Sales BCM - Inbox Group" as shown above.
