2354116 - SAP Lumira reports downloaded via BI LaunchPad and CMC are corrupted; size 0KB


In BI LaunchPad, when righ-clicking on Lumira document and clicking 'Download', the document downloaded is 'empty' - size of the document is 0KB and it cannot be opened in SAP Lumira Desktop (LD). This behaviour affects all Lumira documents; note - Lumira documents can be viewed on SAP Lumira Server for BI Platform (LS4BIP), the problem only occurs when downloading via BI LaunchPad and CMC.

The following error message appears when the document is opened in SAP Lumira Desktop:

Unrecognized document format. This document may be corrupted <PATH>\DOCUMENT.lums. (HDB 00053)
