2354276 - Is it possible to export User/Instructor role permissions ?

• You would like to export user/instructor role permissions from the Learning Management System
• The admin role exports, but does not return the permissions for user/instructor roles

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Under System Administration > System Management Tools > Export Data> the "Entity Type" option only has Admin Role. It does not have a provision for user/instructor roles.
2. If you select a User or Instructor role, after exporting the role, the exported file only has the header line and no data.

This is a limitation of the product.

The current system design is that there isn't a way to export the User/Instructor Role permissions in the LMS

Workaround:

1. Copy/paste from the User Interface
2. Save in text file as a backup
