2354276 - Is it possible to export User/Instructor role permissions in Learning Management System (LMS)?

• You would like to export user role permissions from the Learning Management System
• The admin role exports, but does not return the permissions for user/instructor roles

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Mangement System (LMS)

1. Under System Admin > Tools > Export Data, the option only has Admin Role
2. Select a User or Instructor role > Exporting the role > The exported file only has the header line

This is a limitation of the product

There currently isn't a way to export the User/Instructor Role permissions in the LMS

 

Workaround:

1. Copy/paste from the User Interface
2. Save in text file as a back-up
