Please reach out to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support in SAP for Me via SAP Expert Chat or Support case and provide an active user to replace the inactive or purged user who is assigned to the scheduld job.

Confirm Error

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM back-end > Managing Job Scheduler > Monitor Jobs
2. Select Ad Hoc Reports Export and find the affected Onboarding Job (User, Permission, Detla, Position, and OnstartDateChangeStatus)
3. The column under Error Code is populated with KB-3

Rectify Error

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM back-end > Managing Job Scheduler > Manage Scheduled Jobs
2. Select Ad Hoc Reports Export and find the affected Onboarding Job (User, Permission, Detla, Position, and OnstartDateChangeStatus)
3. Edit the affected job and change the owner
4. Re-run and submit the job
