Symptom

 

  1. Getting "Unable to find servers in CMS <cms:port> and cluster @<cluster> with kind cacheserver and service BlockingDocumentConnectionRepository. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014) [RASLIB9006] " while viewing crystal reports.
  2. Error is intermittent.
  3. Sometimes get other errors such as - Cannot Open Connection Error or Internal Error occured.
