2354434 - Approved Leave Hours not Reflecting in Time Account Balance


You have created a new Leave Request with Time Type Vacation. The vacation was approved by the manager however in the Quantity no hours are showing. Instead just the dates shows and it has not being deducted from the employee's Vacation Balance.

Reproducing the Issue

1) Go to Time Administration work center
2) Select Employees view
3) Select Time File of required Employee
4) Go to the tab Employee Times

You will find there is a record for Vacation which has been approved, but the Quantity of this record is Blank.


This happens because there is no Work Schedule assigned for this Employee.


Assign a Work Schedule for this Employee Time Profile. Select Work Schedule sub tab and save the changes.

Note: If the deduction is still zero, then you can run the Run Day Closure for One Employee under Regular Tasks view.
