2354728 - Connection test to SAP Cloud Platform Integration tenant's endpoint is throwing HTTP 403 error

You set up a HTTP destination in the backend ABAP system, which points to a SAP Cloud Platform Integration tenant's endpoint. The connection test throws HTTP 403 Forbidden error:
