2354820 - Dashboard 2.0 Tiles do not Fetch Potential Rating Information.

Dashboard 2.0 Tiles related to Potential Rating do not fetch expected data.

SuccessFactors Dashboard 2.0

• Add the standard Performance Dashboard from SuccessStore.
• Navigate to Dahsboard 2.0 and check the newly added Dashboard.
• The 'Performance/Potential Matrix' and 'Potential Rating Distribution' tiles do not fetch any data.

The Dashboard 2.0 framework currently doesn't support Potential Rating data from Live Profile.
It only fetches data from the Performance Management forms.
And this in turn affects any tile that displays Potential Rating. (no data will be displayed)

For the 'Performance/Potential Matrix' tile, please use the one available in the Succession section.

You could also opt to modify the existing tile with the help of SuccessFactors premium reporting team or a third party consultant who specializes in Dashboard designs (YouCalc tile builder).
This would be a paid engagement.

The aforementioned Cause and Resolution are applicable only when the Potential Rating is present in the Live Profile portlets.
If the rating information is provided through Performance Management forms and you still face this issue, please raise a support case for troubleshooting.
