2354914 - BI 4.1: Request processing failed XLS 000009 error occurs when opening SAP Dashboards reports on iPad which language is set to Turkish

Symptom

  • Users with Turkish language setting on iPad are getting "Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)" error message when opening any SAP Dashboards in SAP BI mobile application on iPad.
  • For all other users no errors occur e.g.: with Spanish, English or Italian language settings work fine.
