2354919 - Allow Single-Click Action do not highlight selected Tile in Agentry WPF Client

Symptom

• List Tile View controls that have the "Allow Single-Click Action" attribute enabled do not highlight the current Tile as "selected" when a given Tile is clicked on and the defined Action fires
• Issue incurred when an existing (custom) Agentry 6.0 mobile application definition (that is currently successfully running under the Agentry Win32 Client v6.0.42.0) was first migrated to the Agentry 7.0 platform and the WPF Client SMP 3.0 SDK SP11
