2354958 - PSS 01004 error popped-up when searching in BI Launch Pad of cluster environment

Symptom

  • When search in BI Launch Pad, PSS 01004 error popped-up.
  • In log of APS_Search, follwoing error will be found.
    Lock operation failed because of lock on object "Platform Search Application Status" (Id - 4458) by session "System Account"
  • Number of Indexed documents will shows with "0".
