2355263 - Error Message: "Object With ID XX Already Migrated, Creation Rejected" While Migrating the Leads

In the migration of Leads template, description for field Lead ID states that the Lead ID is only used internally in the workbook to link data across tabs. But if we attempt to upload multiple, distinct workbooks with the same Lead ID, we receive an error message that the Lead ID has already been used.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the migration activity for Leads
4. Select Migrate leads using the migration tool
5. Upload the Migration File
6. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File with Migration Mode Add new records and the Lead ID is XXXXX
7. Migration is completed
8. Migrate another file with the different data but the same Lead ID XXXXX
9. Receive error that Lead ID XXXXX has already been migrated

You will not be able to migrate new Leads using the Leads IDs that were already used for migration.

To track the previous Leads IDs that were already used for migration of new Leads into the system, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the migration activity for Leads
4. Select Migrate leads using the migration tool
5. Show Completed Files
6. Select You Can Also at the top right corner of the screen
7. Choose Export Value Conversion to File
8. Open the exported .trv file with MS-EXCEL and find the Translation Object and the LEAN_LEAD_ID field which were already used for migration
