In Detailed Reporting for Live Data (adhoc schema's), when trying to set a between filter on a date, the "between" operator is not available (missing).

Analytics > Analytics > Detailed Reporting
example below uses Event Date as the filter that is being used.

Cause
This is caused because the date field being used in the filter (in the example give, Event Date) is not configured as a DATE field. Event Date in this example is configured as a text field and therefore the "between" filter operator is not applicable and will not display.
Resolution
Update the data model to make the affected field a DATE type field.
