• Not able to find the Onboarding field for mapping in EC

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

In onboarding:

• The required field is not available in the Integration name space -> RX folder
• The required field is not available in the Entities name space -> ApplicationInfo / JobReq / offerInfo

In Super admin:

• Inactive BizX connection in Features. 
• Missing of Authentication user in BizX connection
• Locked out service login

In Onboarding:

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM Onboarding   Settings   Data Dictionary.
2. Under Namespaces, click the Integrations folder from the list on the left, then click the EC folder.
   
   
   
3. Click the Fields folder at the top of the window.
4. Select the namesapce Integrations, then select the EC tag. Move the fields you want to map from the left list (Available Fields) to the right list (Fields attached to the Tag).

In Super admin site:

1. Activate BizX connection and provide Authentication user.
2. Check whether the service logins are not locked out.
