2355547 - Migration Mode Modify Already Existing Records is Not Available in the Migration Tool for Services

You are looking for Migration Mode Modify Already Existing Records, but it is not available in the drop-down list while migrating Services.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Services
4. Select the link Migrate services using the migration tool
5. Highlight any file of the Migration Workbench
6. Select the Properties button
7. The option Modify Already Existing Records is not available on field Migration Mode

This is expected system behavior. Modify Already Existing Records or Mass Data Maintenance is not supported to update Services.

The feature requested is not supported through Migration whereas you are try one of the below options,

Option 1:

Mass Change feature in the Service view of Product Data or Product and Service Portfolio work center.

Option 2:

Use Maintain Service Product web service to update the existing Services.
