Symptom

  1. You are receiving error "Could not open iView. The iView is not compatible with your browser." when accessing certain portal content on external facing portal.
  2. This is happening when simulating a search engine bot googlebot, bingbot, Silk Kindle Fire or other unsupported user agents.
