SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
You set up widget link and added the link to Displayed Widgets by personalization, but you found the widget links are not shown as hyperlink like screenshot below. The Widgets block is used to define which widgets are allowed to shown on home screen. There will be no hyperlinks in this block. After you set the widgets displayed in this block, then you are able to select and make the relevant widgets be displayed on Home page. This KBA will exactly show you about how to achieve this.
