2356099 - Error "DLL version missmatch - cannot load libSQLDBCHDB.dll" while deploying to SSAS - BFC

Symptom

When trying to deploy a SSAS cube in Cube Designer you have the following error in the Deployer log:

'Cartesis.InformationDelivery.Common.AnalyticsException: Cannot create data source view 'CubeHana' ---> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Sap.Data.Hana.HanaConnection' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Cannot find libSQLDBCHDB.dll.'

In Cube Designer, you have the following error:
