A report using a database field with RTF data does not format properly on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012
Characters may but overlapping, cause is spacing.
Also alters the spacing when different printers are used.
May also cause issues when printing barcodes.
- Crystal Reports for Visual Studio
- Windows 10
- Windows Server 2012
- Note: Works on Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2
Reproducing the Issue
This issue has been escalated to our Developers for a resolution
Should be updated in a future SP.
NOTE: Our Developers have discovered there is an inssue in GDIPlus causing the spacing problem:
Related to MS GDI+ API MeasureCharacterRanges, it returns the right result in server2k3/2k8/win7, but wrong result in win8.1/win10
