2356558 - CTC: PI Upgrade EHP error in step 9

You just upgraded your system and started the post upgrade actions.
In Configuration Wizard you started the "PI Upgrade EHP" task to run.
During the upgrade the system finds an error and the wizard stops at step 9. (Step 9 of 153: Create User 'PICACHEUSER')



In this step the wizard tried to create the service user "PICACHEUSER", but it was unsuccessful and the following error notification pops up:

Error: Initialization of repository destination <destination> failed:
Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts on <host> sysnr <sysnr>
